Abstract
This research discuss about discource analysis of “Setya Novanto” in Kompasiana.
The research is done to analize and describe that discourse analysis. The analysis use
two points of view: text and context. Van Dijk approach was used in this research. The
result of the research are the critical process in society phenomenom occured was
found in some analyzed text. In addition, contextual are something which happened
in the outside of the text. The contextual could be used to emphasize the text analyzing
in the discourse.
